I was surprise to see Mark Warner is now asking how for how much you smoke in your home and wants to tax you for it. Check it out.

how much you smoke in your home To be fair, the estimator thing ask for "Daily household use", which I assume means the amount smoked by everyone in the household in a day, where ever it may be.
Virginians need to smoke more - your State needs you!

Give the nosy bum the clinton answer: "I don't smoke, it's the cigarette in my fingers.."

I think it's for estimating how much you would pay in tobacco taxes, that's all.I was under the impression that those taxes were paid with the purchase of the tobacco.

He wants to show how his proposed cig tax increase (2.5 cents to 25 cents per pack) will affect your total tax picture.
There are plenty of ways to make it "zero" regardless of Mark Warner.

Tell 'em "forty packs a day".

I was under the impression that those taxes were paid with the purchase of the tobacco. Yeah, that's right. But this is a calculator for how much you would pay in taxes under the current and proposed system. I think Warner is trying to hike tobacco taxes in his new package.

I think it's for estimating how much you would pay in tobacco taxes, that's all. Too bloody much.....even in Virginia.

To be fair, the estimator thing ask for "Daily household use", I'm sure you're correct - but if you don't think the state is keeping track of Virginian's that respond to this you are nuts.
The next gool of the anti-smokers is to ban smoking in private homes.
